After getting blown out in Hartford on Wednesday, the Red Sox bounced back with a 5-1 win over Cotuit thanks to stellar pitching and clutch hitting.
After facing deficits of 5-0 and 7-5, the Y-D Red Sox were able to salvage a point, scoring two in the bottom of the ninth to come away with a 7-7 tie.
After a 4-1-1 week, the Y-D Red Sox have an eight-point lead atop the East division and are looking for a strong push over the final four games before the All-Star break.
