The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox have provided live-action thrills to Cape Cod locals and visitors alike for generations. Each season, from mid-June through mid-August, the sounds of baseball and the aroma of the grill fill the air as the Red Sox renew their local rivalries at family-friendly Red Wilson Field in South Yarmouth. Ballpark admission and parking are free. The generosity of our fans, however, is what keeps us playing every season, so donations at the gate are always greatly appreciated. Exciting games, kid’s activities and a chance to see the future baseball stars of tomorrow make a Cape Cod Baseball League game as authentic a Cape experience as our local beaches and seafood.

Our Concession Stand offers something for everyone. From traditional baseball favorites like hot dogs, burgers, and sausage subs to unique Cape Cod options like chowder and beef & bean chili, it’s a tasty way to feed the whole family.

Seating
Where to Sit
We have bleacher seating along both the 1st and 3rd base lines. Many of our fans enjoy bringing their own beach chairs and setting up in one of our open space areas on either side of the field. Since bleachers can often fill up quickly, we always recommend having some beach chairs in the car if you need them. Another great place to enjoy the game is in the open space areas beyond the outfield fence – that’s where you’ll catch those home run balls!
Pre-Game Activities
Fun for the whole family!
Before the game, the atmosphere at the ballpark is filled with music and fun. Take pictures with the family, grab something to eat, test out your arm in the speed pitch cage or play for prizes at the beanbag baseball toss game. There’s something for everyone, so come early and enjoy a beautiful evening. Kid’s activities can be played throughout the game as well.

About Red Wilson Field
Located on the campus of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School, the facility was named in honor of Wilson, a longtime Y-D player and coach, in May of 1981.

Red Wilson Field is located on the property of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School and is therefore an alcohol and pet free field. The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox organization works hard to promote a family-friendly environment that can be enjoyed by everyone. Language or behavior that is inappropriate for such an environment is never permitted.
