Y-D ties Harwich after a five-run comeback
After facing deficits of 5-0 and 7-5, the Y-D Red Sox were able to salvage a point, scoring two in the bottom of the ninth to come away with a 7-7 tie.
Seven Red Sox named to 2022 Cape League All-Star Team; Carrigg and Shliger named starters
Cole Carrigg, Luke Shliger, Jared Lyons, Bryce Robison, Luke Jewett, Hunter Haas, and Homer Bush Jr. will all represent Y-D at Saturday’s All-Star Game at Wareham’s Spillane Field. Carrigg and Shliger will be in the East Division’s starting lineup.

Y-D rode his start most of the way, then broke the game open in the top of the eighth on their way to a 4-0 win over the Orleans Firebirds.
