Tee It Up with the Y-D Red Sox!

On Friday, June 9th we will be kicking off the 2023 baseball season in style with our 1st Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament at Dennis Highlands Golf Course in Dennis, MA.  We anticipate registering 128 players (32 foursome teams) to play in our fun-filled Florida-Style Scramble (best ball) format with a Shotgun start at 8:00am.  Coach Pick and his 2023 Y-D Red Sox team will partake in the tourney as well which will feature a fun contest on every hole!  Beyond the 18 contest holes, we will are planning to have an entertaining putting contest, a crowd-pleasing 19th-hole shoot out, the air-cannon challenge, string mulligans, trivia contests, a 50/50 Mulligan draw, a best dressed foursome contest, and a full hot/cold buffet luncheon reception at Eagles Nest with many raffles and a silent/live auction event.

Our goal is to raise money toward field and infrastructure improvements to include installation of protective netting around the field to improve fan safety and enhance the overall fan experience.  Our Fundraising team is actively recruiting sponsors, players and volunteers for our inaugural event to ensure it is successful.  For more information on the Golf Tournament or if you have interest in donating, playing, or volunteering – please reach out to our Fundraising team directly.  You may reach Mark Clausen at mclausen@ydredsox.com or Terry Milka at tmilka@ydredsox.com.

  1. Looking forward to participating!
Is there a reduced tournament entry fee if you are a member of Dennis Highlands Golf Club?

    • Yes!
The Golf Tournament Entry Fee is $150/pp, but for those who are members of Dennis Highland Golf Club the entry fee is $120/pp.

  2. Correction.

To clarify, the Golf Tournament Entry Fee is $150 per golfer.
For those that are members of Dennis Highlands Golf Club the Tournament Entry Fee is $90 per member.

    Sorry for the confusion.
