10-Time Cape Cod Baseball League Champions

Dear Past, Current, and Future CCBL Host Families:

This is a letter from the leagues website that we are reposting here.

The Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) has relied on a community of host families to provide housing to young ball players from around the country for decades.   Host families play a critical role in making the league everything it can be.  Put simply, the league would not exist without the continued generosity of so many dedicated families.  We are immensely grateful for everything these families do.  Staying with a host family is an unforgettable experience for our young players. Players work their whole lives for the opportunity to play on the Cape, and the relationships they build with their host families often last a lifetime.

After appropriate discussion and consultation regarding Covid-19 safety, the CCBL is pleased to report that we are making plans to resume play in 2021!  At this time, we are putting out a call for prospective host families to step up to the plate and give our players the support they need and the warm welcome they deserve.

Your support will help to ensure that the CCBL continues to be the nation’s premier summer collegiate baseball league, that its tradition as a successful nonprofit community organization is preserved, and that yet another season of eager fans enjoy the unforgettable experience of watching great baseball free of charge

If you want to learn more about the host family experience email Ericz00@comcast.net to ask questions or sign up for an informational session.  We look forward to talking to you and giving you all the information you need.

Please join us in making the 2021 Cape Cod Baseball League season one of the best ever!

Sincerely,

The Cape Cod Baseball League
