SOUTH YARMOUTH, Mass. ? The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox on Friday announced seven weeks of youth baseball clinics throughout the summer of 2016. The sessions, which begin the week of June 20, will be held Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at a cost of $85 per participant, per week.
The Y-D Red Sox Baseball Clinic, under the direction of manager Scott Pickler, offers instructional baseball clinics for boys and girls ages 5 years and up, geared to their individual needs and skills. All participants have the opportunity to learn fundamental baseball skills, as well as good citizenship, sportsmanship, and character from skilled, experienced coaches and top collegiate baseball players.
Clinics will run the weeks of June 20, June 27, July 4, July 11, July 18, July 25, and August 1. All sessions will be held at Red Wilson Field at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School, unless otherwise noted. Participants registered for a full week of instruction will receive a complimentary Y-D Red Sox t-shirt.
