June 16, 2012 ? The Chatham Anglers (2-1) jumped out to a 9-0 lead after just four innings Saturday night and cruised to a 9-2 victory over the Red Sox (1-2) at Veterans Field. Scott Squier took the loss for Y-D, allowing eight runs (four earned) on six hits in three innings. The Red Sox? bullpen yielded just four hits the rest of the way, but couldn?t get enough offense going in losing their second straight. First baseman Jake Schrader knocked in both Y-D runs and went 1-3. The Red Sox return home to Red Wilson Field Sunday to host Brewster at 5 p.m.
