As the spring progresses and the Cape League season draws near, Y-D interns Alex Hart and Madeleine Ker will be getting to know some of the 2015 Red Sox. This week, Alex and Madeleine caught up with sophomores Shane Bieber (UC Santa Barbara) and Kyler Stout (Oral Roberts).

Who is your favorite MLB team?: LA Angels of Anaheim

Which professional MLB player do you idolize or look up to?: Mike Trout

What is your best baseball memory?: Playing in the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament when I was 12.

What are you looking forward to the most about playing in the Cape League this summer: Getting an opportunity to play the game in an unfamiliar area outside of my comfort zone.? I?m also looking forward to spending more time on the East Coast.

Best Netflix show to binge watch?: Not Netflix, but in my opinion the best show to binge watch is Entourage.

Do you prefer Ketchup or Mustard?: Definitely not mustard.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?: You can never go wrong with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

Going to my first major league baseball game. It was the Texas Rangers against the Chicago White Sox.

What are you looking forward to the most about playing in the Cape League this summer?: I am looking forward to working on my skills and getting better.? I also want to begin focusing on my next season.

What do you like to do in your spare time?: Fishing and hunting
